For luxury hotels

LX Nirvana.

Generates ancillary revenue at scale and services guest requests for your luxury property from a single URL. No downloads.

Then a private luxury demand network, built market by market, brings in direct bookings.

1

Ancillary revenue, from the day it is deployed.

Your property gets its own LX Nirvana, on your own URL, in your own brand. Every guest who books with you is on it from the booking onward, and so is every guest who walks into your restaurant or spa without a room. It knows who each of them is, and it sells accordingly.

What that looks like

She checks in on Thursday for three nights and eats in your restaurant that evening. By Friday the charge is on her folio, so LX Nirvana does not offer her the restaurant that day. It offers Saturday morning at the spa, because the spa has the slot and she has not booked one.

On Saturday evening it offers the fourth night at the rate you set, because her room is unsold on Sunday and she has not asked for a late checkout.

It does this for every guest in the house, every day, and it never asks anyone the same thing twice.

2

LX Nirvana is a set of storefronts custom-built for each guest at the moment she opens them.

Rooms and suites. Dining. Spa. Things to do nearby. Celebrations. Weddings. Events. Every one of them a commercial surface, and every one of them arranged around the person standing in front of it.

Not a catalog. A curated collection, in the language your property already uses.

Ancillary spendCurated for each guest and surfaced on the right storefront at the right moment. This is where the volume comes from.
Stay extensionsSelf-serve, before arrival or during the stay, in ten seconds. We have timed it.
Travel experiencesSold on somebody else’s inventory. No capital, almost no cost of sales, and a line most properties earn nothing on today. LX Nirvana sells travel experiences at scale, not one random concierge conversation at a time that the hotel never hears about.
Weddings and eventsThe inquiry itself renders as a luxury experience, and nothing falls through, because every one is written into Opera Cloud Sales and Event Management.
Business from non-residentsThe people in your city who eat and spa with you but never stay with you. Ignored until now. LX Nirvana turns them into a formidable, recurring revenue segment.

Guest requests, serviced from the same URL.

Breakfast in the room at half past seven. A late checkout. A second key. A car to the airport. Your guest asks in a sentence, in her own words, and it is done. There is no app to download, and no one she has to explain herself to.

What that looks like

The television is not working. She tells Sara, the concierge inside LX Nirvana, at eleven at night.

The maintenance request is in Opera Cloud and with engineering before she has put the phone down, and she is told so.

Every request lands in Opera Cloud, written, timed and attributed, and it becomes part of what your hotel knows about her.

4

How it knows.

Before a storefront is drawn, LX Nirvana asks three questions and gets three answers.

Who is this

Everything your hotel knows about the guest until now, written in natural language: every stay, every meal, every spa visit, every conversation.

Where are they

Where they are in their stay: booked and not yet arrived, in the house and on which night, or checked out last week. The live reservation in Opera Cloud says which, and the storefront is drawn for that stage. A guest who has stayed before and has no booking yet is drawn, once signed in, from what your hotel already knows of them.

What have they done

The live folio. What they have already spent money on during this stay.

Then it builds their storefront. Connected through Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform to Opera Cloud and to Simphony, so what a guest does on the storefront is what your systems of record show a moment later.

More than forty workflows run on it, reached on the storefront itself, by voice, by natural language through the personal concierge, and through Discover for guests who do not yet know what they can ask.

What your hotels learn stays with you. It is held in your own name, and a guest known at one of your properties is known at all of them, across every brand you run.

5

Then the demand.

Behind every connected property stands a private network of vetted businesses whose people travel, for work and for leisure.

They book directly with you. The booking is written straight into your Opera Cloud against a rate you set, with no channel in the path, and the guest arrives already known.

These are travelers your property has had no route to until now. Their business has gone to the global brands, whose programs follow them from city to city. In the LX Nirvana network it is your hotel that knows them, and they book with you directly, as your guest, on every visit.

The Demand Networkwhere the hotel owns the guest.

6

Not for every hotel.

LX Nirvana is for independent upscale, upper upscale and luxury properties, and the regional brands that run them, on Oracle Opera Cloud. Groups connect their qualifying portfolios under a single agreement.

A small number of founding properties take their places in each destination. A founding property is deployed now, earns from the day it is deployed, and is in the network from its first booking. Once a destination’s places are taken, later properties join behind them.

7

Where your data lives.

LX Nirvana runs on each chain’s own compartment in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. A chain’s hotels run inside it, in the chain’s region.

What is in it is yours: the guest records, what is read from Opera Cloud and Simphony, and everything the application learns about your guests.

8

What it costs.

LX Nirvana is not SaaS. The hotel pays a one-time integration fee. And then pays out of what it earns.

IntegrationA one-time fee per property, for the Opera Cloud integration and the deployment. Groups connect their portfolios under one agreement.
SoftwareNo license fee. No subscription.
UsageA usage fee on what LX Nirvana sells. Every sale is written into Opera Cloud, so the fee is computed from your own records.
What you have to doAlmost nothing. No change management, no staff training. We do all of it.
