These are the terms on which LX Nirvana Travel Technologies Limited makes this website available. By using lxnirvana.com you accept them. They are short because the website does one thing: it tells hoteliers what LX Nirvana is and how to reach us.
Who we are
LX Nirvana Travel Technologies Limited is a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre, with its registered office at Innovation One, DIFC, PO Box 506842, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "the website" means lxnirvana.com and its pages.
What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of the website and the information on it. They do not cover the LX Nirvana application that a hotel deploys for its guests, which runs on the hotel’s own URL under terms the hotel sets, and they do not cover the agreement between a hotel or group and LX Nirvana, which is a separate written agreement signed by both sides. Nothing on the website forms part of such an agreement unless the agreement says so.
The information on the website
The website describes LX Nirvana as it is at the effective date above. Figures on the website that describe revenue are illustrative, drawn from the LX Nirvana revenue model on stated assumptions, and are there to show how the model works; what any property earns depends on that property, and is worked through with its own numbers before any agreement is signed. Nothing on the website is an offer capable of acceptance, a guarantee of any result, or advice on which you should rely without speaking to us.
We keep the website accurate and current, and we correct it when we find it is not, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or available at every moment. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the website or from its being unavailable.
Writing to us
When you write to us, you confirm that what you send is yours to send and that you are entitled to act for the property or company you name. How we handle what you send is set out in our Privacy Policy. Writing to us does not create an agreement; an agreement is made only in writing, signed by both sides.
Ownership
The text, design, photography and marks on the website belong to LX Nirvana Travel Technologies Limited or are used under license. LX Nirvana, the LX seal and the line "The Demand Network where the hotel owns the guest" are our marks. You may read the website, link to it and quote from it with attribution; you may not copy it, present it as your own, or use our marks without our written permission. Opera Cloud and Simphony are trademarks of Oracle Corporation, and their appearance on the website describes the systems LX Nirvana works with and implies no endorsement by Oracle.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website in a way that interferes with its operation, attempts to gain access to systems behind it, or harvests addresses or content from it by automated means. Email addresses on the website are for correspondence about LX Nirvana, not for unsolicited commercial mail.
Changes
We may change these terms and the website at any time. The current terms are the ones published here with their effective date, and your continued use of the website after a change is acceptance of the terms as changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre, and the DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the website.
