LX Nirvana Travel Technologies Limited
Privacy Policy
Effective October 2, 2026
This policy describes what personal data LX Nirvana Travel Technologies Limited collects when you visit lxnirvana.com or write to us, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it. It is written to be read, not filed.
Who we are
LX Nirvana Travel Technologies Limited is a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre, with its registered office at Innovation One, DIFC, PO Box 506842, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy, and the DIFC Data Protection Law (DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020) governs how we handle it.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website and the correspondence you have with us. It does not cover the LX Nirvana application that a hotel deploys for its guests. That application runs under the hotel’s own name, on the hotel’s own URL, and the hotel is the controller of its guests’ data; LX Nirvana processes that data on the hotel’s instructions, under a written agreement with the hotel, and the hotel’s own privacy notice applies to it. If you are a hotel guest with a question about your data, the hotel is the right place to ask, and we will help it answer.
What we collect
What you send us. If you write to us, we receive your name, your email address, the property or company you represent, and whatever you choose to tell us. We keep that correspondence so that we can reply and carry on the conversation.
What the website records. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. The fonts are served from our own site. The servers that deliver the pages and the hero photograph keep standard access logs, which include the IP address of the device requesting the page, the time, the page requested and the browser used; these logs exist for security and to keep the site running, and are not used to identify or profile visitors.
We do not buy personal data, we do not sell it, and we do not combine what you send us with data from other sources to build a profile of you.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you, to prepare for and follow up on conversations about LX Nirvana for your property or group, and to enter into and perform an agreement if one follows. We use access logs to keep the website secure and available. We do not send marketing email to people who have not written to us first, and if you ask us to stop writing to you, we stop.
Under the DIFC Data Protection Law, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and in running a secure website, and, where an agreement follows, on the need to take steps at your request before entering into it and to perform it.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the service providers that run our infrastructure: the company that hosts this website, the company that serves its images, and the provider of our email. Each acts on our instructions under a contract, and none of them may use the data for its own purposes. We do not share personal data with any other third party unless the law requires it.
Where it is held
Some of our service providers hold data outside the DIFC. Where that happens, the transfer is made to a jurisdiction the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection recognizes as providing adequate protection, or under contractual terms that the DIFC Data Protection Law permits.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation it belongs to is live, and for a reasonable period afterward in case it resumes. If an agreement follows, we keep the correspondence for the life of the agreement and for the period the law requires after it ends. Access logs are kept for a short, fixed period and then deleted. If you ask us to delete what we hold about you, we do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Under the DIFC Data Protection Law you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you and to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to receive it in a form you can take elsewhere. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given, and to complain to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection if you believe we have handled your data unlawfully. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the address below. We reply within the time the law allows, and we do not charge for it.
Security
Correspondence and the systems that hold it are protected by access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and the practices you would expect of a company whose business is the careful handling of hotel guests’ information. No system is beyond compromise; if a breach affects your personal data and the law requires it, we will tell you and the Commissioner.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new effective date. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we tell you before it takes effect.
